KB Brickwork and Building Ltd were established in 1996 to provide a labour only brickwork service throughout the South East. Based in Long Crendon in Aylesbury the company has achieved a steady growth over its 13 year existence, to become one of the leading brickwork sub contractors in the region, with a current turnover of approximately £4.5 million and growing, attributed to our commitment to providing a quality of service unrivalled within the industry.

During this time we have earned a reputation within our industry for our versatility, supplying the increasingly preferred trend towards a complete brickwork sub-contractors package, including all labour, plant and materials whilst still providing for the more traditional "labour only" sub contracting.

The current management team benefits from being a mix of professionals and tradesmen with varied backgrounds, including bricklayers, site managers, contracts managers, and quantity surveyors all with a wealth of experience in all sectors of construction. We currently employ over 100 bricklayers and labourers with over 20 telescopic forklift drivers throughout the south east.

All our site and office staff holds a current CSCS health and safety card, which enables us to deliver a first class service wherever it is required from our head office, ideally located in Buckinghamshire.

However, we believe our future not only lies with our current experienced labour force but with the continued training of young bricklayers and professional staff and to this end we are continually undergoing an apprentice programme where young people are given the opportunity to work alongside qualified tradesmen and professionals whilst attending a college programme.

It is this continued investment in our staff across all sectors that led to our recognition in 2008 as an Investor in People Company.
