We have various size vehicles for specific collections
and retrievals, from Motor Bikes and Small Vans
to Artic Vehicles, to collect boxes from your office
or another storage centre. We can also supply labour
to load the boxes, admin staff can also be supplied
to spreadsheet files and boxes in the customers
own office or at our centre as the boxes arrive. |

All storage boxes are loaded onto Bar-coded Shelves
within our fire/water resistant Steel units. We
offer fully retrievable box/file rats, we feel that
our customers should not have to pay high storage
prices for files which have to be kept by law but
may never be looked at again. |

Bar-Code System
All document archive boxes which are stored with
Flexible Storage Solutions are bar-coded on entry
to our centres, the information is scanned and recorded
into our computer tracking and delivery system,
all deliveries are supported by a computerised delivery
note which must be signed and dated at point of
delivery. |

Management Gold Option |
| The gold option was created
for companies of a certain size who wish to have
the ability when opening a new file or customer
to then track the file throughout it’s history
with the company. The system can be used by the
each Partner/PA or the companies centralised archivist. |

| The silver option was
created for companies of a medium size who wish
to have the ability when opening a new file or customer
to then track the file throughout it’s history
with the company, but only has limited resources
in the office. |

1) We will Bar-Code all
boxes and place them on the management system as
they arrive into our archive centre which will allow
us to keep track of the boxes whilst in store and
will also allow us to track the boxes whilst in
transit.
2) Free collection of full archive boxes.
3) Storage of full archive boxes.

was created for companies of a large size who wish
to have the option to store files for a long period
which will very rarely be required and wish to obtain
